The story
The barn quilt I have designed is in honor of Howick Township. The logo in the middle of the quilt is a replica of the Howick Township logo. The quilt is located in Lakelet Ontario proudly mounted on my grandparents barn, a little hamlet not many people know about. This is the farm my grandfather, father and I grew up on. Howick Township has been my home for the past 23 years. It is where I went to school, made friends, memories, volunteered, play sports and met my best friend. I am happy to call Howick Township, Huron County and Lakelet my home.
